Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to create an account, browse the members-only store, or place an order. Before an order is placed, you confirm your age online (we ask for your date of birth and keep only the result, not the date). A valid, unexpired government photo ID showing you are 21 or older is checked at every handoff — delivery or pickup — and orders are not released without it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.

Products & information

Product descriptions, cannabinoid figures and Certificates of Analysis are provided by our suppliers and testing laboratories. We publish what the COA reports and do not make medical claims about any product.

Orders & pricing

Prices, availability and delivery fees are confirmed when you submit your order. If an item sells out before your order is created we will tell you, and no order is placed. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where age or identity cannot be verified.

Payment

Payment options for your order are shown at checkout. Cash is paid in full when you receive your order — at pickup or on delivery. If online card payment is offered, your card is charged by our payment processor when you place the order; this website does not store full card numbers or security codes. A service fee applies to each order, and a card processing fee applies to online card payments; both are shown before you place your order.

Delivery & pickup

We offer local delivery within our service area and pickup at the store. Someone 21 or older must be present with valid ID to receive an order. We do not currently ship orders.

SMS messaging

Bexar Kingdom is the sender of all SMS messages in this program. SMS is optional: you receive messages only if you voluntarily opt in by checking the SMS consent box in Account → Notifications — providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Messages relate to your account, orders, delivery status, courier arrival and similar service activity; we do not send marketing messages by SMS. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help; you can also turn SMS off in Account → Notifications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Messaging page for details.

Prohibited use

Do not resell our products, order on behalf of anyone under 21, or use the site unlawfully. Treat our staff and couriers respectfully.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
