We do not send marketing or promotional messages by SMS.

Message frequency varies by order activity.

Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Customers can also turn SMS off at any time in Account → Notifications.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy
Bexar Kingdom does not sell, share, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
How customers opt in
Customers enable SMS from the Notifications section of their authenticated Bexar Kingdom account. The customer must actively select the SMS consent checkbox. SMS is not enabled automatically when a phone number is provided.
When a customer opts in, we record the time, the source (their account), the mobile number, and the exact consent wording shown, for compliance and audit purposes. Opt-outs are recorded the same way. There is no text-to-join keyword; opting in happens only in the account.
