How Bexar Kingdom handles your information.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses you save, your order history, and — for delivery orders — the location data needed to route a courier to you.
Age and ID verification
Age verification is performed by our verification provider, not by us. Bexar Kingdom does not store your ID number, date of birth, ID images or biometric data. We keep only the operational result — whether verification succeeded, when it happened, and when it expires.
Payment
We do not take card payments through this website and never collect card numbers, expiry dates or security codes online. Orders are paid in person by cash or card.
Who can see your information
Kingdom staff can see the order details needed to prepare and dispatch it. A courier assigned to your delivery sees only what is needed to complete it — your name, address and whether ID verification passed. Couriers never see your ID data.
Your choices
You can update or remove saved addresses in your account, and change notification preferences at any time. To request deletion of your account, contact us at the store.
