How Bexar Kingdom handles your information.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses you save, your order history, and — for delivery orders — the location data needed to route a courier to you.
Age and ID verification
Before you order, you confirm your age by entering your date of birth. We use it only to check that you meet the minimum age and do not store it — we keep only the result, when it happened, the minimum age it was checked against, and when it expires. We do not store your ID number, ID images or biometric data. At handoff, our courier or staff look at your government ID and record that it was checked; they do not copy it.
SMS and your mobile number
If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Bexar Kingdom, we use your mobile number to send order confirmations, delivery status updates, and courier-arrival notifications related to your Bexar Kingdom activity.
Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message, or by turning off SMS in Account → Notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.
Bexar Kingdom does not sell, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services. Having a mobile number on your account does not sign you up — SMS is enabled only when you check the consent box.
When you opt in, we record the time, source, phone number, and exact consent language associated with the opt-in, together with the IP address and browser it came from, for compliance and audit purposes. Opt-outs are recorded the same way so we do not message you again.

Payment
Cash orders are paid at handoff. If online card payment is offered, it is processed by our payment processor; this website does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Who can see your information
Kingdom staff can see the order details needed to prepare and dispatch it. A courier assigned to your delivery sees only what is needed to complete it — your name, member number, address, the items and what is owed. Couriers do not see your date of birth or verification details.
Your choices
You can update or remove saved addresses in your account, and change notification preferences at any time. To request deletion of your account, contact us at the store.
