Delivery & Pickup Policy

How you can get your order

Bexar Kingdom offers local delivery by our own couriers within our service area and pickup at the store. We do not currently ship orders by mail or carrier.

Delivery area

Delivery is available within our local service area. Your exact delivery fee is calculated from your address and shown before you submit your order. Addresses outside the area cannot be delivered to, and pickup remains available.

ASAP and scheduled delivery

You can request delivery as soon as possible, or schedule it for a later time. Scheduled orders are dispatched close to the requested time.

Receiving a local delivery

Someone 21 or older must be present. Our courier scans your order QR and checks a valid, unexpired government photo ID before releasing the order. If nobody 21 or older can show ID, the order returns to the store.

Pickup

Pickup orders can be collected during opening hours at 2135 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78228. Bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID — it is checked before the order is released.
