Refund Policy

Check your order at handoff

Cash orders are paid when you receive them, so you can check your order first. If something is wrong, tell the courier or our staff at handoff and we will resolve it there and then.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund the item.

Cancelled orders

You can cancel before your order is dispatched at no cost. A cash order that is cancelled has not been paid. If a payment was taken online for an order that is cancelled, it is refunded to the card used.

Delivery issues

If a delivery cannot be completed — nobody 21 or older is present, ID cannot be shown, or the address is unreachable — the order is returned to the store and no cash payment is taken.

Items we cannot take back

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of a product once it has left our custody and been paid for, unless it is damaged, defective or incorrect.
